I am Raisa Ghazi: an award-winning internationally requested public speaker on Inclusive and Women's Leadership and columnist for the Dutch Social & Economic Board. Forbes has acknowledged me as a leader in my field of coaching women and the Dutch Social & Economic Board "Top Women." I'm also a guest lecturer at Nyenrode Business University, one of the most prestigious universities in the Netherlands.
In 2018 I founded SkillGenie (the first Dutch E-learning platform that promotes equality in the workplace) and High Tech Tea (an organization that pledges to make technology a more women-friendly industry). These events draw thousands of women and are full of inspiring speakers, knowledge, and fun!

I SPECIALIZE IN
I encourage organizations that want to commit to fairer and more ethical practices to realize their goals. Plenty of businesses nowadays go the extra mile to reduce inequalities globally. These best practices serve as inspiring role models to the rest of the world.
I commit my life's work to create more diversity & inclusion, increased cultural diversity, and women's leadership. These subjects are all critical to achieving the UN’s SDGs. In addition, as a motivational speaker, I aim to spark interest in others in creating a world with more justice.
I have empowered thousands of professionals in the workplace by promoting the Growth Mindset. The Fixed Mindset keeps us stuck in traditional and competitive structures, unsustainable growth, inequality, and unethical business practices. Large technology firms like Google and Microsoft have already embraced the Growth Mindset and utilized it to stimulate more diversity and innovation. Is your organization next?
Bias in automated processes causes discrimination to grow exponentially. We need more conscious and ethical technology to make the industry safer: from biased recruitment software to a lack of ethics in self-driving cars and medical robots that aren't inclusive towards patients. The world has seen it all, and it's time for a change. I am a regular trainer & speaker on this topic for the Dutch government and many MNCs.
My life's mission is to inspire inclusive leadership in others. It might not always be easy, but in the end, it will be worth it!

EVERYONE CAN CODE — 2019
I won a government grant for an educational program for refugees & asylum seekers in coding
In 2019 I won a grant to help the Dutch government solve the challenges they experienced with unaccompanied and minor asylum seekers & refugees. I proposed to teach them the universal language of coding to develop a better prospect. Helping these youngsters learn how to program robots and develop critical digital skills was the most valuable experience of my life.
HIGH TECH TEA — 2018
My nonprofit platform for promoting women in technology
In 2018 I noticed that the Dutch technology industry significantly lacked diversity and inclusion. That’s why I founded a platform (High Tech Tea) that promoted a feminine tech industry. Within three years, the High Tech Tea: attracted thousands of women who visited events that encouraged more Female Tech Entrepreneurship, stronger Female Leadership skills, and increased Financial Literacy through tech and was promoted by the Dutch Royal Family.
Raisa is very involved in the community. She does not only talk about community work but also involves local entrepreneurs and makes High Tech Tea much more than just an interview series. There was little Tea about it…. But mostly sharp questions and good conversation. Raisa is very committed and driven, which makes a conversation immediately go into depth.
